How cancellation works and how we handle digital-content purchases.
- How do I cancel my membership?Cancel yourself, in a few clicks, at any time.
- Can I get a refund for a course or digital content?Digital purchases are generally final once access is provided — with fair exceptions.
- When does cancellation take effect?At the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Do you refund membership payments?Cancelling prevents future renewals; it doesn't ordinarily refund a paid period.
- Can I really cancel any time?Yes. Three clicks, no email, no retention maze.
