How do I cancel my membership?

You never need to email anyone to cancel.

1. 01Open the secure billing portal from the button above (or My Modern Human → Membership).
2. 02Choose Cancel plan.
3. 03Confirm.

What happens next

• Cancelling stops future renewals.
• Your access continues through the remainder of the billing period you've already paid for, then drops to Free.
• Courses you've purchased stay with your account — they're separate from membership.
• Your saves, boards, check-ins and plans stay on your account.
• Cancelling doesn't automatically refund previous payments.

You can rejoin at any time, and nothing is deleted while you're away.
