Do you refund membership payments?

Memberships can be cancelled at any time to prevent future renewal, and you keep access for the remainder of the period you've already paid for.

Cancellation does not ordinarily create a refund for an already-paid membership period, except where required by applicable law or where there has been a genuine billing error.

If you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or charged on a plan you didn't select, contact us — that's a billing error and we'll correct it.
