What we collect, and what we don't.

What we collect

If you create an account we store your email address, your display name and the things you choose to save — check-ins, plans, boards and course progress. If you subscribe to The Modern Human Letter we store your email address for that purpose only.

How we use it

To run your account, personalise your plan, remember what you saved and send the letter you asked for. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which articles and tools are useful.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising against it, and we do not share your check-in answers or personal plans with anyone.

Your control

You can edit or delete your saved content at any time, unsubscribe from the letter with one click, and ask us to delete your account and its data by getting in touch.

The Modern Human is educational. It does not diagnose, treat or replace individual mental-health care.
