A PDF won't open

Download it first, then open it in a real PDF reader.

  1. 01Download the file rather than opening it in the browser preview.
  2. 02Open it with a current PDF reader.
  3. 03If the file looks incomplete, delete it and download it again — interrupted downloads are the usual cause.
  4. 04On mobile, check Files → Downloads.
