Why can't I download a PDF?
Usually a blocked pop-up or a locked resource.
- 01Check the resource isn't a member-only download on a plan you don't currently hold.
- 02Allow pop-ups and downloads for this site — most browsers block the first one silently.
- 03Try Print → Save as PDF as an alternative.
- 04On iPhone or iPad, downloads land in Files → Downloads, not the Photos app.
- 05Try a different browser or device.
