I can't see something I purchased

1. 01Open your receipt and note the email address on it.
2. 02Sign in with exactly that address.
3. 03Go to My Modern Human → Courses and refresh.
4. 04Confirm the receipt shows a completed — not pending or failed — payment.

If the payment completed and access still isn't there, that's a genuine discrepancy. Send us the receipt number and the email used.
