How do I delete my account?

Deleting your account removes your profile, saves, boards, check-ins and plans. It can't be undone.

1. 01If you have a paid membership, cancel it first so nothing renews.
2. 02Download or print anything you want to keep — plans, saved tools, notes.
3. 03Email us from your account address with the subject "Delete my account".

We action deletion requests promptly. Records we're legally required to keep — for example transaction records for tax purposes — are retained as described in the Privacy notice.
