When something genuinely needs a person — a billing error, an access problem self-service can't solve, a technical failure or a purchase discrepancy — use the form at the bottom of the Help Center, or email our support address.

Include your account email, what you were trying to do, and any receipt number. Never send passwords, full card numbers or security codes.
