Why can't I log in?

Try these in order:

1. 01Check you're using the sign-in method you signed up with — email + password, or Google.
2. 02Check for a typo, an extra space, or autofill entering an old address.
3. 03If you signed up with email and never confirmed it, look for the confirmation email.
4. 04Reset your password.
5. 05Try a private window, or a different browser or device — extensions and content blockers occasionally break sign-in.
